Tuna Salad

Ingredients

1 can of tuna (6-7 oz.), drained

1 hard boiled egg, diced

1/8 cup celery, finely diced

1/8 cup onion, finely diced

1/8 cup finely diced dill pickle, sweet relish, or Quick Pickle Relish

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

Pinch of dill (optional)

1 tsp. Lemon or pickle juice

Salt and Pepper to taste







Description

Tuna salad is a fairly simple thing to make and this is just a guide to help you figure out about how many sandwiches you can, or need, to make. There's no need to actually measure anything, just estimate.

Directions

Use a fork to flake the tuna. Add everything except the egg and stir together. Taste and adjust if needed, then stir in the egg.

Serve on a thick sliced bread with lettuce, tomatoes, additional mayo, and mustard.

Eat within 3-4 days.
